FAQ
Before
you start.
The short version: install the complete skill folder, work only on sites you are authorized to use, and let validation determine what can honestly be claimed.
What is included with NT Site Editor?
NT Site Editor includes NT Site Mirror. Use Mirror when the job starts from a live website and needs an authorized local baseline; then use Editor to trace, patch, and validate the requested changes. If you already have a completed, runnable local project, you can begin with Editor.
Does Mirror produce clean source code?
Not always. A static mirror preserves the observed deployed runtime; it is not source recovery. When capture is unsuitable, the workflow may use an editable recreation, but the acceptance status must reflect what was validated and what remains approximate.
Will this work on every website?
No universal guarantee is possible. Authentication, protected media, paid fonts, third-party services, WebGL, service workers, and opaque builder runtimes can limit capture or editability. The workflow is designed to classify those limits clearly instead of hiding them.
What do I need to run the skills?
Claude Code or Codex plus Python 3 for NT Site Mirror’s bundled scripts. Browser capture and viewport validation require Playwright and Chromium. NT Site Editor uses the existing project’s working serve, dev, or build path.
Can I use these on any public site?
No. Public availability is not authorization. Use the skills only for websites and assets you own, control, have client approval for, or are otherwise permitted to work with, and respect licenses, trademarks, privacy, and provider restrictions.
